At Lions Reach Homes we have created a very simple process for our customer to walk through what someone would consider a very complex process of building a new home. We’d like to say it this way “you don’t have to do a whole lot of thinking because we have done all the thinking for you.“ As a Homebuilder we have been through this process hundreds of times and we know the right way to make the entire process flow very smoothly. That’s why we’ve written out what we call the five easy steps for our customer to be able to walk through the process with us, always knowing what current step they’re in and what step comes next. We don’t want it to be confusing or difficult to follow. We want you to always be in anticipation of how much time each stage of the process will take so that you are always in the know. as a Home Builders Tyler TX we are shooting for 100% customer satisfaction on every build that we do. This should not be a convoluted process of building a home. Many of our customers that have built with us have consequently told us that our process which was much simpler than one that they had followed in the past with another builder. That is our goal. Simple.
Step number one includes going on a tour of Homes so you can see what the floor plan lays out like. We call this the Model home tour. We find that it’s just much simpler for a customer to be able to visualize a space in three dimensions than it is for them to look at a black-and-white sheet of paper that has a drawing of the floor plan on it in two dimensions. We think that it’s easier for our clients to be able to visualize their furniture in the space When they physically walk through the home. Knowing whether or not your king size bed with the two nightstands and a dresser that you have to put in that room are going to fit as much easier to do when you’re physically standing in the room then it is to look at it on a sheet of paper. A lot of times you want to measure other aspects of the room as well to see if a painting will fit on a certain part of the wall in a home or maybe your rug or even grandma‘s piano. The best way to do this is to physically be in the home. It also allows you to understand the function behind the design of each one of the plans. Sometimes it’s easier to visualize functionality and how you would live in a space on the day-to-day. If you can walk through the home then it is just looking at it on paper. We find that most people are very visual and need to see a lot of examples of what they can select for their homes. This includes picking out Exterior finishes like brick, stucco stone, and siding, colors and textures. This also includes flooring inside the home, trim, details, cabinets, countertops, tile, and plumbing fixtures. Step five is purchase agreement.
