Lion’s Reach Homes is a family owned and operated construction company that was birthed out of a passion to see exceptional quality homes brought to life. Having over two decades of experience in manufacturing, Scott Brown, the visionary and creator of Lion’s Reach Homes, brings his vast knowledge of purchasing, processes, and teamwork into the homebuilding arena, combining it with his professional artistic ability to produce exceptional quality homes. As the developer of Bullard’s Three Doves Estates birthed nine years ago, Scott understands the importance of creating a warm, safe, and inviting community for diverse families in all seasons of life to thrive and make memories in. Having built the vast majority of homes in Three Doves, Scott has extensive experience in building unique designs tailored to individual styles creating the perfect place for families to flourish. Strong working relationships have been established with both suppliers and subcontractors through his seven years of home building experience. What began as a seed of thought to create the friendly community of Bullard’s Three Doves Estates, has significantly expanded into a large field of homebuilding as his reputation has grown due to the high-end craftsmanship and exceptional quality of his highly sought after home builds.
